I feel so incredibly lucky that this baby is already so incredibly loved. I wanted to do a little something for the people who threw wonderful showers for me and baby H. I had fun making monogrammed mason jar mugs for some of the most special ladies in my life.
I also learned the trick for making a circle monogram with the Silhouette software without buying any special font. This YouTube video was great for explaining it and then it just takes playing around with it to get it right! Some letters are NOT easy though!
I found the mason jar mugs and the adorable flower lids on Amazon. The flower lids apparently fit a regular straw right in there. They do not, however, fit a plastic reusable straw. So Adam helped me out by drilling the hole out to be a little bigger....unfortunately that may have led to jagged edges and several ruined lids. Maybe they aren't so safe. But they look adorable in pictures! I would recommend just using a regular straw or no lid in the future!
